Cooper Close is a small ” close” and building off  Morley Street,  near the junction with Waterloo Road.  Only a 5minute walk to  Lambeth North and Southwark tube stations.   Waterloo tube/train station and Waterloo  shopping centre are  a 10 minute walk or short bus ride (many buses on Waterloo Road passing the building).   Walk   for 10/ 15 minutes walk to reach  Westminster Bridge and  the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey.   Bloomsbury and the British Library are a direct bus ride away, or short tube ride.  Small supermarket, shops, banks, pubs, restaurants and a good street market  are within 5/10 minute walk.  Also in walking distance are the London Eye , the National, Old Vic, Globe and Film Theatres, concert halls, the London Aquarium, many art galleries including the New Tate and  many  pubs and restaurants.

The apartment is in a  modern-style building with pleasant gardens at the rear with shrubs and permanent residents’ car parking areas.  First floor (with lift)  with   double rear  bedroom with balcony overlooking the gardens.  Bathroom with bath and  shower attachment over.   The small kitchen includes breakfast bar, washing machine and microwave.
