Cooper Close is a small ” close” and building off the equally small Morley Street, near the junction with Waterloo Road. Lambeth North and Southwark tube station are 5 minutes walk. Waterloo tube/train station and Waterloo shopping centre is a 10 minute walk or short bus ride (many buses on Waterloo Road passing the building). 15 minute walk (or 5 minute bus ride) across Westminster Bridge to the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. Direct bus to Bloomsbury and the British Library. Small supermarket, shops, banks, pubs, restaurants and a good street market within 5/10 minute walk. Also in walking distance are the London Eye , the National, Old Vic, Globe and Film Theatres, concert halls, the London Aquarium, many art galleries including the New Tate and many riverside pubs and restaurants.
The apartment is in a modern-style building with pleasant gardens at the rear with shrubs and permanent residents’ car parking areas. First floor with li Double rear bedroom with balcony overlooking the gardens. Bathroom with bath and shower attachment over. Kitchen includes breakfast bar, washing machine and microwave.
