Small 2 storey modern house in pleasant residential street near Regents Park. Good value for the quality and location.
Location: Mornington St. is close to Regents Park, Primrose Hill, Camden centre, and Euston/St Pancras. 15 minutes walk approximately to the British Library, Euston/Kings Cross and St Pancras (tube , trains including Eurostar) . Short bus ride also (or walk) to University College London and other nearby academic institutions. Shops and supermarkets, cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk.
Ground floor: this quirky townhouse is an unusual property cleverly converted from a 1980’s photo library. Now a spacious home , modern, light and bright. Entrance from the street is into the comfortable dining area with black stone flooring, and dining table and chairs for 6. The sitting room is adjacent with 2 sofas, one a sofa bed ( sleeps 1/2) . The smaller single bedroom is on this ground floor with a platform bed accessed by 3 steps (suitable adults and children over 12). Walk -in shower/WC. The small but fully- equipped kitchen has a frig/freezer, microwave, dishwasher , hob and oven and utensils. Washer/drier.
First floor : access via stairs to a small study area with table and chaise longue, and the master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with small bathtub with shower over and WC. Maid service before and after your stay (linen/towels are left for you to cover the length of your stay) . Portable fans. Baby cot/crib and high chair on request.
Very good neighbourhood. We loved the apartment – it was functional and well-placed, near shops and transport. (EB May 2017)
