Situated at the rear of a prestigious building opposite Green Park, this apartment is surprisingly quiet. Green Park tube station is only 3 minutes away, as is the Ritz Hotel and the Park itself. Walk to the many restaurants and local shops (including small supermarkets) in the dozens of small Mayfair streets near the apartment . Easy access to many theatres (10/15 minutes walk or short bus or taxi ride).
The building’s entrance is through a wrought iron gate and doorway into an elegant hallway and planted area, leading to the apartment at the rear. The decor is traditional English style and in immaculate condition. Once inside there is a small hallway with desk , and large floor- to- ceiling closet useful for both luggage and clothes. Off the hall is the small but well-equipped kitchen, and bathroom with bath with shower over. Both bedroom and sitting room lead off the hallway and have large windows looking out to an interior ‘well’ with greenery , both with ceiling fans. The bedroom has a double queen-sized bed, and storage space. The sitting room has a comfortable sofa and armchair , occasional chairs and a small folding table that can be used as a dining table.
The location of the apartment is superb , and is not overlooked. Popular with repeat guests as the reviews below show . Ceiling fans are a bonus in summer.
